Our Guitars

My inspiration for my guitars comes from tradition. Elements such as hot Hide Glue, Advanced scalloped X-bracing, a bridge plate mortised into the braces, and traditional finishes (oil varnish, french polished shellac) combine to make my guitars feel rooted and resonant. On the modern side, I use dual action custom built Blanchard truss rods in my guitars, because they have a very authoritative turn/bend ratio. I build very lightly, and my guitars have lovely voices.
